Almost all standard cardboard boxes and custom packaging are made by using the die cutting process. Die cutting not only cuts out shapes it is also creates creases, perforations and slits. The die, constructed out of high grade/high density plywood, is a premium tool that is customized and uniquely matched to the particular packaging it is being used to create.
